JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings, layouts, sections, and shop drawings in compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect design intent and site conditions.
Modify and revise drawings based on comments from consultants, engineers, or construction teams.
Ensure all drawings adhere to local authority regulations, project standards, and company quality guidelines.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation for project closeout.
Maintain organized documentation and manage revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a draftsman in contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit or other drafting software is an advantage.
Proven experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of detailing, construction methods, and drafting standards.
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Immediately available candidates are preferred.
