JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Prepare authority approval drawings in compliance with local regulations and standards, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtain efficiently.
- Apply extensive knowledge of interior materials and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings to produce accurate and functional designs.
- Develop and prepare detailed Good For Construction (GFC) drawings, providing clear and precise instructions for construction teams.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards while addressing any on-site issues.
- Ensure all drawings and plans adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.

Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the top interior fit-out design companies in the UAE

Qualifications:
- Male, 38 years old and below
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in AutoCAD Drafting within Interior Fit-out industry
- Experience with workspace/office fit- out is an advantage

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
