JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations across assigned functions (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory).
Ensure KPIs and client SLAs are consistently met.
Lead, develop, and motivate warehouse associates and team leads.
Allocate resources effectively based on workload and real-time demand.
Monitor WMS/TMS systems for accurate inventory and shipment tracking.
Partner with client services and account management to resolve operational challenges.
Drive a culture of safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Identify and implement process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma practices.
Track and report key performance metrics to senior management.
Support onboarding of new clients and development of SOPs.
Lead warehouse audits, including compliance and client visits.
Qualifications & experience
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, industrial engineering, or related field (certifications or equivalent experience considered).
3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, ideally in a 3PL or multi-client environment.
Proven leadership experience in high-volume fulfillment operations.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and client service.
Proficiency with WMS, TMS, and productivity tracking tools.
Solid knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methods.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
