JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across the UAE. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management within the B2B sector, particularly in technology, FMCG, and the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building lasting relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the designated area.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales plans.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and promote new offerings.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in B2B sectors such as Technology, FMCG, or HORECA.- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to drive results.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and coaching a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu is a plus.
