JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Maintain FM Asset Database including but not limited to, Location Referencing, Asset Register, Asset Tracking, Asset Counting and Verification.
- Supervise the delivery of all FM Services.
- Provide support in the provision of reference and analytical data for the preparation of All Strategic documents and reports for submission from FM Department.
- Prepare Scope of Services for RFPs for all FM Services.
- Prepare, update and apply contractual provisions for the delivery of FM Services, including but not limited to SLAs, SOPs, KPIs, Service Specifications.
- Prepare Mobilisation and Demobilisation Plans for all required Services.
- Maintain budget and expenditure control for all FM Services.
- Prepare Work Look ahead for team complete with routine appraisals on work issued.
- Coordinates and routinely inspects and review team activities to meet organisation Health and Safety Policy.
- Completes routine reports, updates and presentations as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic and Professional Qualification
- BSC. Holder in Engineering Management. Preferred Facilities Management
Experience:
- 5 years experience in a similar position within a facilities management or support services unit
