JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Assist to Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information.
• Maintain an accurate and detailed record of all financial transactions related to real estate projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Support the CFO/Senior Accountant in financial planning and analysis.
• Facilitate the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the company's budget.
• Liaise with external auditors and assist with the audit process.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Provide financial input in decision-making processes affecting real estate development projects.
• Stay current with advancements in technology and accounting software relevant to the real estate industry.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree holder
• 3+ years' experience in same position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
