JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a well known Beauty Salon and is currently looking for an Assistant Branch Manager.
The Assistant Manager will oversee the staff of the spa to guarantee efficient and effective operations and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction is attained.
Primary tasks for this role:
- Monitor and follow up on guest feedback through the use of comment cards and other customer care techniques.
- Manage guest complaints and take corrective action as necessary.
- Supervise daily operations including opening and closing procedures, facility inspections, cash handling procedures, and general facility maintenance.
- Analyze business volume and develop the staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage.
- Implement proper inventory and purchasing procedures, submit finalized PO’s to Director for approval.
- Manage monthly promotions and sales strategies as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Manage office operations and perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, proofreading, creating documents and sorting mail.
- Assist staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
- Wiling to work in shifts.
