JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This role will support in delivering the commercial and contractual aspects of the business to assist the operations of all divisions within the group including interior fit out projects; pre-tenders, assisting in negotiations, involvement in pre & post commercial issues, setting budgets, cost reports and contract negotiations with the objective of minimizing risks, maximizing opportunities and avoiding disputes.

Requirements:

- Clear and effective communication in spoken and written English
- Computer literate with specific knowledge of MS Word & Excel
- Strong numeracy and data analysis skills
- Capable to make logical and informed decisions
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills

Applicants for this role should have a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or be a qualified Quantity Surveyor. UAE experience is essential with a minimum of 5 years in a commercial/contracts role. Applicants with experience in Facilities Management are preferred, with construction, fit out or refurb projects an added advantage.

Salary:
AED 22000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
