JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Supervise and coordinates activities
• Assists in the managing and directing of the day–to–day operations
• Participates in and enforces quality assurance
• To effectively deal with staff, guests, other departments and housekeeping staff.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a combination of education and experience to meet overall knowledge and skills of the position
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience working with large and high profile household or in a luxury 5-star hotel.
• Knowledge of U.A.E. culture, customs, cuisine, and traditions
• Effective Communication
