JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
PSR Solutions have been appointed by a globally recognised FM Service provider to recruit for an Assistant Facilities Manager on a newly acquired contract.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facilities Manager on site with all tasks
- Reports to Facilities Manager and Operations Manager
- Hard Services Specific
- Managing a large team of Coordinators/Engineers/Supervisors/Technicians
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the role candidates MUST possess the following qualities:
- Engineering Background (Electrical or Mechanical) - Degree Qualification Desirable
- Extensive FM Hard Services Experience
- GCC Experience
- Have held a AFM role previously
- FM Service Provider Experience Preferred
Salary and Benefits:
Salary on offer is a negotiable AED 18,000-20,000 + Family Status
