JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Client, a leading interior fit and joinery contractor is currently seeking an assistant factory/production manager.
They operate a fully equipped carpentry and joinery factory. The factory offers bespoke, high-spec in-house solutions for all wood work and joinery requirements.
The role will be reporting into the Factory manager to help manager a large team.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
- 5-8 years experience in a joinery factory
- Help manage a team of minimum 5-10 workers
- Degree in the construction field is desired but not essential
- Can start immediately - 2 weeks
- Happy to travel to site's
