JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Developing a staff training program to reach high safety standards.
- Ensure sufficient first aid supplies for kids and general public are available at all times.
- Ensure all the training and assessment for the staff for H&S is in place and conduced in monthly basis.
- Being responsible for helping recruit and develop all posts directly reporting to this position.
- Managing and controlling the outsourced cleaning and security, including standards of hygiene, customer service skills, crisis handling and reviewing regular reports generated by contractors.

REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent in English, a second language an advantage.
- A demonstrable passion for customer service and the quality of the guest experience.
- Personable with excellent people skills.
- I.T. literate
- Knowledge of teaching methods.
- Qualified first aider.
- Health and safety training.
