JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a leading specialist construction fit-out company in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking an Assistant Logistics Coordinator to help manage logistics and material movement for a prestigious project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help plan, coordinate, and oversee the transportation and delivery of materials to project sites.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement and efficient storage of materials.
• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and site teams to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
• Assist in resolving logistical issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination within the construction or fit-out industry.• Strong understanding of supply chain management, shipping, and customs regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
