JOB PURPOSE
1. Digital Campaign Management
- Assist in developing and launching digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate channels.
- Coordinate campaign asset creation, deployment, and tracking with internal teams and external agencies/vendors.
- Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
2. Channel Marketing Support
- Support channel-specific marketing activities targeting key partners, resellers, and platforms.
- Assist in creating channel marketing materials, offers, and promotions to drive partner engagement and sales.
- Coordinate communication and campaign rollout with channel partners.
3. Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor KPIs such as impressions, click-through rates, conversions, lead generation, and ROI for digital and channel campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to provide insights for campaign optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in campaign tactics and channel engagement.
4. Content & Collateral Coordination
- Help develop digital content and marketing collateral tailored for different channels and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all campaign touchpoints.
5. Marketing Automation & CRM Support
- Assist in managing marketing automation workflows and campaign communications.
- Support CRM data maintenance, lead tracking, and nurturing activities related to digital and channel marketing campaigns.
6. Budget & Vendor Coordination
- Assist in tracking campaign budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and services.
7. System Testing & Flexibility
- This position is also responsible for testing all crucial systems following internal system updates as required, which may occasionally necessitate working outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), marketing automation, and CRM tools
- Must have 5 years of experience working within the marketing and digital campaign domains
- Experience in working with channel partners or B2B marketing is a plus.
- Digital Campaign Execution - managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Channel Marketing - supporting marketing activities targeting partner networks.
- Data Analysis & Reporting - tracking campaign metrics and ROI.
- Content Coordination - assisting with campaign collateral and messaging.
- Marketing Tools - proficiency with ad platforms, automation, and CRM systems.
- Analytical Thinking - interpreting data to optimize campaigns.
- Detail Orientation - ensuring accuracy in campaign setup and reporting.
- Organizational Skills - managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive Approach - initiative in identifying opportunities for campaign improvement.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
In 1969, when we at Commercial Bank of Dubai started out little did we know that sheer grit and determination would get us where we are today. An Emiri Decree issued by His Highness the Late Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the founder of modern Dubai, laid the cornerstone of Commercial Bank of Dubai. We started out as a joint venture of Commerzbank, Chase Manhattan Bank and Commercial Bank of Kuwait. A minority stake was held by a few UAE businessmen.
By 1982, little more than a decade later, we evolved into a National Public Shareholding company. A feat complimented by an exponential increase in the capital base and mammoth restructuring of our operations. The feather in the cap came when the Government of Dubai became a key shareholder.
