JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The role requires to develop regular communication with other departments to better understand the business and ensure proper procedures are in place.

Interaction with the Group Reporting team is essential for reporting purposes.

Interaction with external parties such as external auditors or property valuers will also be needed to support information needs as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

- Accounting certificate (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA).
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an accounting position.

Preference:
- Experience in Oracle.
- Experience in real estate.
- Experience with audit big 4.
