Position Title: Assistant Manager – Projects Development
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
-Lead and manage strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency, business performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
-Analyze data and key performance indicators to generate insights, support leadership decisions, and create high-impact presentations.
-Drive innovation through AI-powered solutions while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
-Mentor and manage junior team members, effectively prioritizing and executing multiple high-stakes initiatives.
Requirements:
-Open to Indians nationalities, 45 years old and below-Master’s degree in business, Management or any related filed
-Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or strategy (preferably in a free zone or regulated environment).
-Proactive and tech-savvy, with hands -on experience in AI integration.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 21,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
