JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our Client is urgently looking for an Assistant Manager – QA.
He/she should have excellent communication skills with good knowledge in Plastic Materials/Additives. Hands-on exposure in a Laboratory of a Masterbatch / compounding plant and familiar with the analysis of Additive Masterbatches. Candidate should be locally available.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
• Overall responsible for a QC Laboratory of a Masterbatch plant and QA of all the products.
• Hands-on experience on Filter Index Tester, Moisture Analyzer, MFR tester, Universal Tester, FTIR, DSC, TGA etc.
• Lead a team of QC personnel provide training, monitoring and measuring their day to day performance.
• Responsible for implementing, documenting and maintaining ISO-9001-2000 Quality Management System.
• Design, plan, evaluate and report the R&D trials in coordination with the plant management.
REQUIREMENTS
Chemical Engineer (OR) B.Tech in Polymer Technology (OR) M.tech in Polymer Technology (OR) Bachelor’s in Chemistry (OR) Master’s in Chemistry (OR) Polymer Science + Post-Graduate diploma (OR) Degree in Plastics.
