JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the business strategy of the Horeca channel. You must be able to recruit, develop and maintain key accounts, maximize revenue and profit and to achieve company objectives. You will need to effectively manage and communicate internally and externally to strengthen partnerships and retain accounts. Lead sales team by evaluating, training and motivating them to achieve company’s goals.
Major Accountabilities:

- Implement strategy to achieve volume and revenue growth by recruiting and retaining Customers in assigned area. Negotiate Trade Agreements to maintain targeted Gross Margin.

- You will be responsible for payment collection, rectify problem situations/ short payments, co-ordinate with Finance & Marketing to issue Marketing supports/ credit notes etc. Ensure that approved Company Policy is followed in recommending the extension of credit.

- Quarterly review with existing customers to identify opportunities and marketing plans to fuel growth.

- Ensure marketing budgets are spent on time. Discuss joint marketing plans with customers and execute in coordination with marketing dept.

- Establish Daily Journey plan for self and team; ensure the customers are provided with regular and efficient service.

- Responsible for forecasting sales, POSMs and equipment’s required in your territory.

- Analyze B-Mobile reports and develop solutions (Route & Sales).

- Ensuring company assets like Cold Drink equipment’s are tracked regularly.

- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and Code of Business Conduct.

REQUIREMENTS

- Should have at least 7 years of extensive experience in Sales, in FMCG Sector.
- Should be having at least 3+ years of experience in Managing a Team.
- Should have a valid UAE Driving License
- Should have practical knowledge in MS Office, in particular Excel.
