Position Title: Assistant Outlet Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meal and uniform

About the Client:
One of the leading groups in Hospitality & Leisure based in Dubai, known for its finest amenities and world class service.
Job Description:
• Assist in the development and updating of the SOP Manual for Food and Beverage Service.
• Liaise with the Outlet Chef to ensure that all food items are produced according to the set standards.
• Prepare weekly duty rotas and to minimize overtime, where possible.
• Assist in the identification of food service training and development needs, ensuring all new employees receive an induction program to carry out their duties, including annual fire, health & safety, and food hygiene training.
• Deliver on-and-off job training as required, ensuring that all training is recorded, and copies sent to the Human Resources department to be added to the training database.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff, ensuring that headcounts are kept within agreed budget levels and that the Human Resources department is always involved.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Eastern European nationals
• 38 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality industry
