Our newest opportunity is for a talented Assistant Proposals Manager to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Co-Managing Director in order to ensure the most effective utilization of their time to facilitate their priority focus on strategic, high value leadership and management tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Review RFEOI, RFP or Bid/Qualifications request documents so that client requirements are clearly understood.
- Work with BD Manager/Proposal Manager to prepare the Responsibility and Compliance Matrix.
- Study projects' technical and financial requirements, and suggest project development strategies.
- Clearly define the Project Understanding, Scope of Work, Services offered, Time Schedule, Manning/ Staffing Schedule, Fees Schedule and Financial Terms & Conditions/ Notes to the Client and identify any clarifications or exceptions to the Customer's inquiry
- Primary responsibility for preparation/review of the proposal write-ups.
- Prepare initial assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with a proposal.
- Organizes all technical written materials supplied by support groups including organization of sections, tables, exhibits, and attachments.
- Monitors proposal for accurate content and branding/format consistency and compliance
- Track and reports status of all proposal elements to proposal team. Anticipate potential problem areas and works with the Proposals Manager to provide practical solutions to problems as they arise
- Schedule and participates in meetings relating to proposals, business development and marketing.
- Maintain files in soft copy repository medium (CRM Documentation and internal Server).
