Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus uniform, tips, and service charge

About the Client:
A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines.
Job Description:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
- Work with the Restaurant Manager to set and meet sales and profitability targets, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget
- Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with health and safety regulations and that all staff are adhering to proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance, provide feedback and set goals for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Open to any Russian speakers and other Europeans
- up to 40 y/o and below
- At least 4 years’ experience in the UAE; at least 2 years in the similar role
- Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages is required
