Position Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to15K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission

About the Client:
An international freight forwarding company based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to offer freight forwarding and logistics services
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives
• Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
• Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role specifically from logistics, shipping or freight forwarding industry
• Valid UAE driver’s license and own car is a must
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
