Assistant Secretary to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - UAE – Big Fish
Our client is specialising in Integrated Facilities Management. They are currently seeking an Assistant Secretary to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The Assistant Secretary to the Chief Financial Officer provides comprehensive administrative, and coordination to the CFO.
This position demands exceptional organizational capabilities, sound judgment, and a reasonable grasp of business
administration and financial operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a central point of contact between the CFO, internal
teams, and external partners, ensuring the efficient and seamless functioning of the finance office.
Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative role; prior experience supporting senior management or finance leadership is preferred.
• Understanding of fundamental Financial principles
• Excellent organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word or related tools); ERP systems knowledge is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
• Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight
• deadlines.
• Comfortable working with senior executive and cross-functional teams
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
