JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Lead & manage the team to ensure excellent customer service is provided and enhance the customer shopping experience;
• Utilize various media resources to implement effective promotional plans and expand influence;
• Responsible for the daily operations of the gallery, data analysis & monthly reporting, and proposing improvement and reform measures;
• Manage the display of items in the gallery, creating a pleasant shopping environment;
• Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of new employees;
• Handle & resolve customer complaints and suggestions;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of work experience, with 1-2 years of team management experience;
• Preferably with a background in business management or marketing;
• Possess good appearance and etiquette, excellent service awareness, with experience in home decor or luxury goods industry preferred;
• Strong execution, communication, and negotiation skills, high professional qualities and ethics;
• Familiar with market competition and trends, and capable of adapting and responding to market changes;
• Experience utilizing social media platforms for marketing;
• Proficient in office software;
• Proficient in English, Arabic language skills are preferred.
