JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Trade Marketing Export. The successful candidate will support the Export Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and brand visibility in international markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in trade marketing within the export sector.

• Handling the Distributor in Market activities, Promotions evaluations, and Execution performance.
• Score Cards
• DME Control – Eligibility %, Payment. Balance TBP and claims control
• Reviewing & ensuring all Contracts for all the Customers.
• S&OP alignment. stocks and analysis management
• Distributors performance analysis by brand – items, monthly and YTD
• MSL verification by channels & segments
• POSM control and execution verifications
• Preparing monthly analysis of distributors performance and TBD vs Target.
• 4 P’s implementation

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, trade marketing, or export operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus, especially those relevant to target export markets.
