JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Role Overview:
Client is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support procurement and day-to-day warehouse operations within its Dubai facility. This is a hands-on operational role focused on inventory control, material availability, supplier coordination, and internal logistics support for ongoing interior fit-out and joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support procurement planning and ensure timely sourcing of materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers and project teams
• Supervise warehouse staff and operations
• Ensure proper material labelling and documentation
• Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Enforce safety and compliance standards
• Support site material requests and logistics
Requirements:
• 4–6 years UAE experience in similar roles• Knowledge of warehouse and procurement workflows
• Experience with wood panels and fit-out materials
• ERP or inventory system proficiency
• Strong organisational and supervisory skills
• UAE driving licence preferred
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
