JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing:
• Actively participate in deal sourcing efforts.
• Perform research and identify potential investment opportunities by monitoring industry trends, attending conferences, networking, and reviewing business plans, pitch decks, and other sources.

Due Diligence:
• Involve in conducting thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements, market trends, competitive landscape, and other relevant factors to assess the viability and potential of an investment.
• Conduct interviews with company management, customers, and industry experts to gather insights.

Financial Analysis:
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the financial health and growth prospects of potential investment targets.
• Assess revenue projections, profitability, cash flow, and other financial metrics to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial performance.

Investment Evaluation:
• Assist in evaluating and preparing investment memos and presentations for review by the investment team and partners.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis, including strengths, weaknesses, risks, and potential returns of the investment opportunity.

Market Research:
• Conduct market research to understand industry dynamics, market size, growth trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze market opportunities and risks associated with potential investments, helping the firm make informed investment decisions.

Portfolio Management:
• Assist in portfolio management activities, including monitoring the performance of existing investments, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting regular updates on portfolio companies.
• Contribute to assessing the progress and growth of portfolio companies and identifying opportunities for value creation.

Support to Investment Team:
• Support to the investment team in various tasks, such as preparing materials for senior management meetings, coordinating with external parties involved in due diligence, and managing communication with entrepreneurs and founders.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years in the VC sector.
• CFA, undergraduate in Finance, Investment, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent Communication skills.

Investment Evaluation:
• Assist in evaluating and preparing investment memos and presentations for review by the investment team and partners
