A global, leading Advertising is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join their Dubai team.

Take full responsibility of art direction and copy on all his assigned brands
- Lead on organizing and delivering workload efficiently and regularly
- Boost creativity within his team and become an example to follow in the
Agency
- Contribute to the positive spirit of the Agency
- Gain respect of his team and peers for his ability to solve problems quickly
and efficiently
- Contribute to STB and PPM meetings
- Nurture his sense of initiative by proposing creative solutions that go
beyond given briefs
- Capable of articulating brand and advertising idea.
- Be as radar in capturing all new trends in advertising, communication and
our world at large
- Share work regularly with CD.
- Select Directors and photographers, and in absence of a TV
producer, take all steps for TV production (refer to TV production job
description)
- Take full responsibility on all executions, print, TV, ambient and any
other ATL or BTL creative work
- Contribute to respecting allocated production budgets
- Command client’s respect and lead client in the creative process
- Contribute to strategic meetings on all assigned brands and
understand fully clients’ business
- Ensure business building solutions in all creative proposals
- Make sure ideas are big enough for holistic integrated application
- Acquire knowledge in relationship marketing: CRM, database
marketing, loyalty program and business models
- Anticipate the financial feasibility of his ideas bearing in mind
clients’ capabilities
- Open to embrace any mission assigned by management
- Train and coach people under his lead and delegate responsibilities
while insuring flawless delivery
- Groom a potential successor to his job
