JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

I am currently working with a leading Construction company who are looking to hire an Associate Director - Cost Management to their team.

This candidate will be responsible for leading the MEP Cost Management team across mainly hospitality, leisure and entertainment as well as residential projects.

Salary:
AED 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in the UAE, as well as past experience in KSA.
- 15-20 years experience in consultant experience, pre-contract (cost-planning, benchmarking, etc.)
- BSc in Quantity Surveying.
- MRICS.
- Experience in managing large teams.
- Experience in client relationship management and key account management.
