JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Associate Professor in Human Resource up to 19.5K AED++ for a Leading University in Sharjah
• PhD degree in Business Management/ Economics/HR
• Minimum 10 years of experience as Associate Professor/Professor
• With academic background in the field of Human Resources including a combination of teaching & industry experience in the said field of specialization
• Strong record of research and publications (mainly in Scopus, ABDC etc.)
• Extensive experience in developing course materials and teaching resources and working with diverse range of students
• Able to work independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Willing to work in a split shift schedule
REQUIREMENTS
Position: Associate Professor in Human Resources
Salary: up to 19,500 AED depending on qualifications and experience plus accommodation, transportation, air ticket and other benefits
Hiring Company: Premier University in Sharjah
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Start Date: Immediately available is preferred
