Position Title: Audit & Cost Controller Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
• Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
• Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
• Check and verify systems transactions/operations (POS, discounts, staff meals, settlements, lost postings, pricing…etc.)
• Continuously study weaknesses in F&B control implemented and provide suggestions for
• Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in F&B or Hospitality industry
• Should be fully vaccinated
