JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Spearhead the strategic growth of the audit department, ensuring alignment with Wisehouse Consultancy's vision and values.
• Lead business development efforts, focusing on building clientele, introducing new business, and penetrating new markets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and integrate new audit methodologies to enhance client service and compliance.
• Initiate plans for IT audit integration as a future service offering.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and ethical practice within the audit team.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in the audit sector, with proven success in business development and market penetration.
• Required professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA); an MBA or equivalent in Finance or Accounting is not mandatory but beneficial.
• Strong leadership qualities, including being humble, a team player, and the ability to thrive in a family-like work environment.
• Demonstrated capability in staying updated with and implementing regulatory changes effectively.
