JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Inventory Procurement Manager will be responsible in scheduling Warehouse Planning coordinating with Principal office for Oder management, Negotiating Service Contracts to ensure that the company operational needs are met, monitoring budget, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of Automotive supply.

Partner with Wholesale/Retail Departments to determine booking deadlines for ordering schedules that encompass the full sequence of supply chain processes for each department to be successful to do their role completely to maximize sales.
• Create, submit, maintain and verify purchase orders with factories/agents in the local ERP and internal reporting systems.
• Determine manufacturing schedule that works within production lead-time and capacity and allow enough transit time. Resolve issues affecting service levels to customer.
• Reports to the Sr Manager, Procurement and assists with a variety of tasks and assignments for the Procurement Department.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 yrs worked as Inventory Procurement / planning Automotive parts and related services with Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
Should have extensive knowledge of Automotive accessories
• Should be able to read & understand drawings, technical specification & other related documents.
• Good command over written & oral English to negotiate with vendor.
