B2B Sales Manager

In Dubai, our Sales Manager will spearhead sales initiatives, managing the end-to-end sales cycle of cutting-edge data analytics solutions. Ideal for goal-oriented sales professionals eager to make an impact in a vibrant tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing sales.
- Engage in active lead generation and client outreach.
- Demonstrate the capabilities of our data analytics tools to potential clients.
- Customize solutions based on individual client needs and business challenges.
- Draft and negotiate proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Liaise with the product team to relay customer feedback and insights.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the IT or data analytics sector.
- In-depth knowledge of data analytics tools and their business applications.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a startup setting.
- UAE national or valid UAE work permit.
