JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking for an experienced Banking Consultant. It is essential you are a fluent Arabic speaker and have the following skill set:
7+ years of relevant experience in banking or financial services in a consultant and/or industry role
Knowledge and experience in a broad range of subject matters including mortgage compliance, system development, operational excellence and information technology
Project/Program management experience, and a well-established knowledge of project management methodologies
Strong data analysis skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative problem-solving ability and a collaborative, consultancy mindset
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Able to balance multiple engagements with varying deadlines
Able to generate a quality work product in a timely manner while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Creative problem-solving ability and a collaborative, consultancy mindset
Highly motivated, driven, and dynamic attitude towards work and career
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Access, and Visio a plus
Bachelors degree in a business related or technical field
MBA or MA/MS degree in a related field a plus
CPA, Lean, Six Sigma, PMP or other relevant certifications a plus; desire to pursue certifications a plus
