Experienced Bar Manager with impeccable customer service and communication skills to deliver consistently high standard bar service to a VIP clientele in a function environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates will have experience in busy function environments with a sound knowledge of Australian beverages. Proven capability in delivering exemplary service at all times, with the ability to adopt a hands-on and willing approach to undertake a number of tasks to support the broader function team.
