Position Title: Bar Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and duty meal

About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
• Managing the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals
• Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
• Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours.
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
• Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for staff and customers
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Europeans or Western nationalities
• 35 years old and below
• At least 5 years of experience in the same role (F&B or Hospitality groups, should be from fine dining / high end restaurants or same level of Fouquet’s)
• Should be fully vaccinated
• Should be highly presentable
