JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Bar Team Leader
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food and beverage company handling various well-known restaurant brands
Job Role:
• Assist Bar Supervisor
• Ensures that staffs are well-trained and proficient of all beverage and pastry recipes and presentation
• Maintaining complete knowledge of all our foods and beverages, outlets, services and hours of operation
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of all menu offerings and provides guests accurate information and current promotions
• Collects payment of guests through cash or electronic mode of payment
• Helps in cleaning empty tables for the next guests
• Labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
• Attending basic food safety and work safety training programs
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Open to any nationalities (Any except Indians/Egyptians/Pakistani)
• Male/ Female, 35 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of similar work experience in casual or semi fine dining Turkish restaurant
• Must have a pleasing personality
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be willing to work in standing position for long hours
• Open to candidates that can join on August 1, 2021
