JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a Barista for our office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and have experience in calibrating coffee machines. The Barista will be responsible for creating delicious coffee drinks for our guests and office members, while being mindful of maintenance of the pantry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks
- Calibrate and adjust espresso machines to ensure quality coffee beverages
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure that coffee beans and other products are stocked and rotated
- Maintain records of sales and inventory
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Ability to operate and calibrate coffee machines
- Knowledge of different coffee and espresso drinks
- Strong customer service skills
- Presentable looking
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
