We are looking for a dynamic individual to work as a Business Development Manager in our Abu Dhabi Office.
Job Purpose:
The BD Manager will be responsible in generating new clients/business for the company and will keep good relationship with current clients in Oil and Gas industry.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- More than 10 years Business Development experience in Recruitment Agency/Firm setup
- Oil and gas recruitment experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
