JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Beauty Adviser - Hair Lab Expert - Sales

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Recruiting new customers
- Optimize coordination and extend support to other team members
- Maintaining cleanliness in the boutique
- Attending and participating in in-house and brand trainings
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
- Analyzing customer's scalp and hair to diagnose correctly the requirements
- Recommending the best suited solutions from the brands while giving customers treatment options from more than 1 brand
- Following the SOPs to perform hair treatments
- Maintaining performance to meet or exceed assigned sales targets, slow moving targets, ATV/UPT targets
- Following schedules, maintaining punctuality
- Maintaining other quantitative and qualitative KPIs as assigned
- Assisting store manager in stock takes, receiving and stock requisitions.
- Recording customer information
- Efficiently addressing customer complaints/queries

REQUIREMENTS

- Presentable
- Approachable and soft spoken with excellent communication and convincing skills
- Aggressive towards reaching targets
- Team player
- Customer oriented
