JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Summary:

The Bell Attendant is expected to greet all guests in the lobby in a warm and professional manner, make them feel welcome and anticipate their needs before they arise, Assist guests with their luggage, Make deliveries to guest rooms as instructed, Store and retrieve luggage and other objects for guests and relevant tasks.

You will provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations, as well as support the Guest Services team.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

- Already based in the United Arab Emirates
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Ability to work well with others in a guest and team-focused environment
- Verbal and written English language proficiency is required, with a second language helpful
- Ability to stand on your feet for several hours

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
