An international law firm with offices around the globe are seeking a highly capable Arabic speaking Corporate Receptionist for their Dubai office. Our client represents a broad range of companies, across many industry sectors, addressing all aspects of law. With prestigious offices in the heart of Dubai’s financial hub, they continue to expand their operations within the Middle East region from here.
The successful candidate will be an extremely self- motivated individual who can provide a first-class service to all visitors, clients and employees. Alongside the regular duties of taking calls and managing the inbox enquires emails, you should also be able to manage high profile individuals with exceptional people and relationship building skills. Regular clients are expected to be greeted by name and all their needs anticipated in terms of whom they will be meeting, any associated documents, refreshments and catering requirements. Therefore, the Corporate Receptionist will manage all meeting rooms and facilities for the office, organize couriers and drivers, manage confidential documents, stationary and pantry supplies and ensure good working relationships with all suppliers to the law firm. Additionally, you will also assist with ad hoc diary management, typing of documents and expenses to further support this very busy team. It is essential that you are extremely well presented and approachable and able to organize a very busy reception role to the highest standards of service, including overall office presentation and house-keeping.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should be accustomed to a very busy corporate reception and administrative role, with a minimum experience of 1-2 years. Those from the UAE hospitality industry, where exceptional standards of customer service are required will also be considered for this opportunity. You should be well educated, but more importantly able to provide a personal touch when developing relationships with clients at all levels of seniority. The ideal candidate will also be experienced within an exceptionally busy environment, able to be organised and multi task to anticipate the need of those involved. It is also essential that candidates have strong IT skills including word, outlook and excel and be fluent in both Arabic and English to near native standard.
