JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with one of the region’s leading independent Law Firms. Due to continued growth and success, our client is looking to hire a bilingual (English / Arabic) Legal Assistant to join their Dubai office.

The Legal Assistant will be responsible for typing documents, formatting, managing diaries for the Lawyers and assisting with queries from clients and distributing them to the relevant Lawyer. In addition, this role will support around 4 fee earners across various divisions of the business on a daily basis and assist them as and when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have a Degree or a relevant secretarial qualification with at least 2 years’ legal/professional services experience.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal. The candidate must demonstrate confidence in translations from English to Arabic and vice versa. This role requires an individual who is proactive with a can-do approach towards the work.
