JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a long-standing local investment company in Dubai, who have a diversified portfolio of Real Estate assets across the UAE. They are looking to hire a Bilingual Legal Manager to join their team.
The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the legal affairs for the company related to real estate development, property management, and investment activities. The duties will include reviewing, drafting and negotiating legal documents, contracts and agreements, whilst ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
This role will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and government authorities to resolve legal issues and disputes effectively. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing legal policies and strategies as well as provide legal support where is required.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, with around 5 to 7 years’ proven experience in the UAE.
Our client is looking for someone with a strong background as a legal consultant in reputable law firms, with specific experience in supporting legal matters for real estate developers, property management, and/or investment companies in the UAE. The candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic.
