JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a leading UAE based business are looking for a Senior Bilingual Paralegal to join their Legal team, based in Dubai.
As a Paralegal you will directly support the Head of Legal and work closely with all business lines on a range of legal matters.
Main responsibilities:
* Liaising with all business lines at Head Office and supporting them with policies, contracts and any other legal support required.
* Translating Arabic doccuments into english and supporting and from English to Arabic.
* Directly working with remote teams globally, to support them with negotiating, drafting and amending contracts.
* Taking charge of the communication and management of external legal resources used by the business.
* Supporting the Head of Legal with any other related matters.
* Travel will be involved around the region to project bases.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Profile:
* A minimum of 7 years experience in a fully fledged Paralegal role
* You will have had experience in both a law firm and an in-house legal team
* Fluency in Arabic is essential
* Exposure to Oil and Gas or Construction is desirable
