JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

• POSITION: BIM Digitalization Engineer
• SALARY: 25,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Construction and Engineering Company
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality, preferably Chinese
• Male, 45 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or any relevant course
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in similar role
• With Design management experience on infrastructure construction projects
• Required skills: Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Aconex / Project wise and Primavera
• Knowledge of BIM Suite of Documents and their implementation.
• Experience or creating of 4D schedules through Autodesk Navisworks & Synchro Pro
• Knowledge of the methods of civil engineering construction - Reinforced structures, earthworks etc
• Come from an Engineering background to be able to lead the strategic management and implementation of BIM for the business
• Applied knowledge and experience of BIM principles as applied to civil engineering projects

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage 2D/3D modelling resource, including freelance resources where required
• Lead the implementation of companywide document control standardisation process
• Lead BIM delivery on acquisitions
• Support the implementation of BIM on live projects
• Generate feedback reports on BIM best practice.
• Travel to other sites and company offices as needed.
• Support the work associated with CAD/BIM/Document Management software/systems upgrades, testing and implementation.

• Technical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate well with senior engineering staff about project objectives and details.
