Position Title: BIM Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 35K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Set up overall BIM protocol, implement to the team as company SOP to consistently practice across all projects following company approved standards
• Create, update each phase and manager BIM Model based on projects on hand
• Supervise and control quality of the production and LaD stages
• Review and verify the quality of BIM deliverables to maintain project standards, accuracy, and completeness of information in models for each project
• Conduct regular health check-ups on project phases ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and codes
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering / Architecture; Master’s Degree is a plus
• At least 10 years of experience in related role
• Must be Certified professional in Revit and BIM implementation
• Must have knowledge of Revit, ArchiCAD, Bentley BIM latest global standards (eg. ISO19650) and other related software's (such as AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Rhino, Dynamo) and industry best practices
• Should have experience in management of BIM of large scale residential, commercial, hospitality projects
• Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
