We are now seeking an exceptional BIM Manager – MEP to join our award winning team based within our Abu Dhabi Office.

This critical role will be responsible overseeing the BIM design process for all ongoing MEP projects in coordination with internal design teams and external parties alongside monitoring design modifications and changes to ensure accurate and timely production of drawings and design documentation within project budget parameters.

REQUIREMENTS

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

* Liaising with other discipline BIM Managers and MD MEP Engineering to develop the KEO MEP BIM standards, systems and procedures, aligned to industry best practices.
* Ensuring the effective implementation of KEO MEP BIM standards, systems and procedures.
* Overseeing the adaptation of them to suit particular types of projects, in partnership with Engineers and Project Managers.
* Assisting Director MEP Engineering, HODs and Project Managers with regard to the proactive resource planning to ensure sufficient BIM resources are available to meet project requirements.
* Managing inventory of BIM software, licenses and systems.
* Ensuring efficient BIM Revit model and document archiving and retrieval processes.
* Organizing the BIM environment for the effective and efficient delivery of Revit models.
* Training new and existing staff to meet required technical and quality standards.
* Planning and organising tasks, people and resources to ensure delivery of technical, productivity and quality standards.
* Demonstrating advanced proficiency in a range of computer aided design tools including Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks and various Revit add-ins such as Green Building Studio and MagiCad.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years of practical BIM experience in a design office environment partnered with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or any related MEP discsiplines

Advanced proficiency in a range of computer aided design tools including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks are required.
