JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
• Coordinate and integrate models from different disciplines to ensure compatibility and to identify and resolve clashes between systems before construction begins.
• Generate detailed fabrication and installation drawings from BIM models, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed views.
Requirements:
• Required to have 2 - 3 years of experience in MEP• Bachelors Degree
• Assist in the creation and application of BIM standards, protocols, and templates to ensure consistency and quality across all project models and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on model progress, clash detections, and coordination efforts with project stakeholders.
• Must be available in UAE
Salary:
AED
6,500 to 7,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
